CG Golf Customs ("CG", "we", "us") designs and builds golf simulator rooms in Utah and is a Rocky Mountain Audio Video & Electric company. This policy explains what information we collect through cggolfcustoms.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

• What you send us. When you request a project or a showroom demo we collect your name, email, phone number and anything else you enter, such as your project location, room details, timeline and preferred demo times.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which helps keep the site secure and working.
• Analytics. We may use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed. It does not give us your name or contact details.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough or showroom visit, and prepare a proposal.
• To design, build and support your project.
• To send you occasional emails about CG Golf Customs, such as news, new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
• To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure.

Financing

Financing links on our site take you to Acorn Finance. Anything you enter there is collected by Acorn Finance and its lending partners under their own privacy policies, not ours.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or project. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Rocky Mountain Audio Video & Electric, our affiliated company, which may carry out parts of your project such as electrical, audio-video and control work.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and form handling, email, analytics and, if you choose to apply, financing partners. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and support your project, send you emails you have not unsubscribed from, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our website is meant for adults planning a project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
